Whether there is one or not, strengthen your organism through food, relaxation and proper exercising to face them and get a new attitude from them.

Steps for deep breathing

  • Lie on your back on a flat surface.
  • Place your hand in your stomach, right above the navel. Place your other hand over your chest.
  • Inhale slowly and try to make your stomach rise.
  • Slowly exhale and ley your stomach go down.
