Irritated Eyes

We have all felt worried sometimes when we feel our sight is dialing, since we recognize it’s one of the most important organs for the human being.

¿Have you ever suffered from irritated eyes?

Eye irritation usually originates as a response to a specific eye disease or a symptom that you are forcing your sight too much.

The eyes are a very sensitive part of the body and their irritation can be caused by several situation and by bad habits that strain the sight and produce eye exhaustion. Among these we have:

  • Strong sunlight.
  • Wind charged with dirt or dust particles.
  • Bad reading habits, this could mean reading too close or under bad lighting.
  • Working for too long in front of a computer screen.
  • Watching television for too much time or too closely.
  • Working under bad lighting.

  • Pain in the eyes.
  • Headache
  • Redness in eyes.
  • Teary eyes.
  • Ocular fatigue.
  • Discomfort due to light, etc.

You can use CompuDrops when you’ve been in front of a computer of television and your sight is tired (always consult your doctor).

  • Applying two slices of cucumber (one on each eye) is a good remedy to reduce the puffiness and redness of the eyes due to irritation.
  • Apply bags of chamomile tea over your eyes for 10 minutes.
